lead zinc ore is a mineral product, rich in metallic elements, such as lead and zinc. Lead and zinc exist extremely closely in nature especially in primary ore deposit. They are Symbiotic. However, there are a11 kinds of available lead minerals and 6 kinds of available zinc minerals in industry. Among them, galena and blende are the most important available minerals. Lead and zinc is widely used in electrical industry, petroleum industry, military industry,metallurgical industry, chemical industry, light industry, in pharmaceutical industry and other fields. Furthermore, Lead metal is also used a lot in nuke industry, petroleum industry and so on.

Lead-zinc ore processing production process

There are mainly three processes of Lead and zinc ore processing technology, including stone crushing process, ore grinding process, and beneficiation process. During the stone crushing process, three sections closed-circuit crushing technology is the latest technology, which is suitable for crushing high-hardness Lead and zinc ore. It can qualify for crushing ore and some dissociation tasks to improve the efficiency of subsequent ore grinding process. In the ore grinding process, two sections closed-circuit grinding technology is a high efficient ore grinding process. It can make Lead and zinc ore be ground more sufficiently. Integrated rapid flotation technology is adopted in beneficiation process, so that the original complex flotation system can be improved into two sets of integrated rapid flotation system. It can greatly reduce the process and it is to the benefit of guaranteeing the quality of ore concentrate and reducing the system investment.
