Manganese Ore

Manganese is widely distributed in nature. Almost all kinds of ores and silicate rocks contain manganese. The most common manganese minerals are manganese oxide and Manganese Carbonate, which of them are anhydrous or hydrous. It is known that there are 150 kinds of manganese minerals. However, there are only 5-6 kinds of manganese minerals, containing manganese mostly, which can be concentrated largely to produce economic value. The most important and most economically valuable manganese minerals of them are pyrolusite and psilomelane. Besides, there are also manganite, braunite,hausmannite, rhodochrosite and so on. These minerals contain manganese up to about 50 to 70% and they are the important industrial minerals of manganese.

Manganese Ore Processing Production Process

here are mainly three processes of manganese ore processing technology, includingstone crushing process, ore grinding process, and beneficiation process. As for beneficiation process, more successful new technology has emerged in recent years. The most typical ones are “grinding ore by stages", "inferior magnetic separation- reverse flotation process", "full magnetic sorting process", and “ultrafine stone crushing-wet magnetic separation tailing process".
