Automatic truck loading machine for sacked cement is a new product that developed by our company to adapt to the market demands. It is mainly used for conveying the cement from the belt conveyor under the packing machine to the car hopper.
This machine is suitable for high platform loading. This cement loader has reasonable designing, compact structure, so that it can satisfy the bag loading requirements of various cars. This loading method that directly conveys the sacked cement to the car can reduce the loading labors, improve the loading efficiency, reduce resources waste and save the cost.
This loading machine uses ultrasonic or infrared probe as the sensor, so that the counting is very precise. After setting the bags or tons that need to load, this machine will begin to load. When the number of the microcomputer screen reduces to 0, the solid-state relay will close and ring the alarm and the machine will stop loading.
